COMBINED OPERATIONS AND YOUNGER GENERATIONS ~
As time goes by
younger generations gradually take over the roles of preserving our
collective memory of the past and adding to our understanding of it. Since
you're reading this it's likely that you have a particular reason for
being here. Perhaps you're doing research for a school, college or
personal project or perhaps you're aware that your grandfather, or even
great-grandfather, was involved in Combined Operations during World War 2.
Whatever your reason for being here you are especially welcome. [Photo; a US veteran meets young people at the 60th

You may find it
helpful to read a brief description a
WW2 Combined Operation
before looking at other pages. We aim to update the site regularly from
archive material and information provided by visitors. If your family
history includes Combined Operations you may have information of interest
to others such as old photographs, diary entries, newspaper cuttings,
poems etc. If you do have anything of possible interest please contact us
on the link above.
Good luck!
